Growing the fleet
Our roadmap is to scale the Basildon facility — expanding the press fleet, broadening tonnage coverage and adding capacity in line with customer programmes as they ramp.
Group engineering on tap
Every UK customer has access to the full engineering and R&D resources of INSIT Group — from tooling and process engineering to materials science and process validation.
Broader product breadth
Beyond large-part plastics, the group can supply complementary categories — rubber seals, TPE/TPV components, CV-joint boots and bellows — when a customer needs a single, integrated supplier.

Automotive is our heritage, but our capabilities translate. We are actively widening the aperture to industrial, mobility and consumer sectors that need large-format plastic components with automotive-grade discipline.
