Growing the fleet
Our roadmap is to scale the Basildon facility — expanding the press fleet, broadening tonnage coverage and adding capacity in line with customer programmes as they ramp.

Every UK customer has access to the full engineering and R&D resources of INSIT Group — from product design and tooling to materials science and process validation.
Broader product breadth
Beyond large-part plastics, the group can supply complementary categories — rubber seals, TPE/TPV components, CV-joint boots and bellows — when a customer needs a single, integrated supplier.
Adapting beyond automotive
Automotive is our heritage, but our capabilities translate. We are actively widening the aperture to industrial, mobility and consumer sectors that need large-format plastic components with automotive-grade discipline.
